Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we\'re looking for Manager, FP&A International to join our Finance team, based in London. The Manager, FP&A International will manage a lean team to lead Financial Planning & Analysis across EMEA and APAC with a primary focus on insightful and accurate revenue forecasting and analysis. This role will partner closely with the regional sales leaders across nearly a dozen countries to provide reporting, analytics, actionable insights and account level forecasts for revenue. This role will report into the Director, FP&A International based in London. This is a cross-functional, highly collaborative role which will also interact with other key stakeholders including business operations, sales operations, pricing and accounting. This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated strong business partnership, is proactive, strong financial acumen, attention to detail and a team-player looking to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is naturally curious, dedicated, detailed-oriented with a strong desire to have an impact and work in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional sales and country leaders across EMEA and APAC as well as the global FP&A team to lead the weekly, monthly, quarterly and full year revenue forecast for the countries and regions.
  • Identify areas to improve forecasting accuracy and thoughtful insights across all countries.
  • Bringing the "voice of the customer" into the forecast to ensure relevant forecasting based on knowledge of the business, customers, and regions.
  • Analysis of actual results, industry and other trend analysis, pricing trends and product volume usage
  • Understand and challenge forecasts and actuals to improve forecasting.
  • Align models with Global FP&A models while also bringing local, country, and client level knowledge and expertise
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue performance of each region for ad direct, and programmatic offerings and use this information to inform regional sales and country leaders of the forecast updates
  • Review, streamline and enhance weekly and monthly forecast reporting packages for business partners, including actual weekly revenue results and key business drivers such as client performance, pricing trends and account activity. Work closely with Global FP&A team leveraging global models
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and analysis, bringing in industry updates, trends and news to identify impacts on revenue
  • Partner with International Controller, Billing and Accounting team members on the monthly close process reviewing variances to revenue forecast as well as ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue data
  • Support quarterly business reviews, both from preparation of materials and also analysis and insights regarding key initiatives
  • Utilize and enhance Business Intelligence tools to provide more timely data, trends and insights for key stakeholders
  • Manage a team of one analyst
  • Work closely with local and global stakeholders including Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Pricing
  • Assist in designing, developing and modifying systems and procedures to increase automation and simplification, including re-launch of Adaptive
  • Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed, such as M&A
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
  • 5-8 years finance experience
  • Demonstrated business partnership to drive results
  • Hands-on, detail orientation, works well in rapidly changing environment \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
