We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at Ori Caffe within the John Lewis Store, High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a background in food and beverage. This role involves managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for all our customers. Experience

Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Experience in team management and leadership roles within a cafe or restaurant environment Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations Prior barista experience is highly desirable Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
