Job Description
Valaria is a beautiful eatery situated on Byres Road in Glasgow's busy West End. Soon to be opening from 8am-9pm daily and offering breakfast, brunch and a light dinner options along with our beloved coffee and cakes, Valaria offers the perfect spot for diners to relax and enjoy great food and coffee at any time of the day!
What we are looking for :-
Supervise daily operations and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service.
Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques and customer service.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to support restaurant operations.
Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Supervising experience in a fast paced restaurant or hospitality setting Strong team management and leadership skills Culinary and food safety knowledge Experience in food preparation. Familiarity with bartending and beverage service Relevant experience in hotel or barista roles
Extra
Staff discount of 15% TRONC scheme - staff members will have a share of the monthly service charge takings in addition to their monthly wage.
Contract
Min 40hrs per week Shift times can alternate as morning/day or day/evening and is inclusive of weekend work too.
