We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our children's soft play and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on child friendly events and care. As a General Manager, you will lead a diverse team, manage daily operations, and foster an environment that prioritises customer satisfaction and team development.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the soft play, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensuring high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional growth. Implement effective team management strategies to maintain a motivated workforce. Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff in hospitality best practices. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas to uphold food safety standards. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery. Make sure every child has an amazing experience during their visit

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory/management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing front of house operations. Experience in serving customers with a focus on enhancing their experience. Familiarity with barista duties is an advantage, contributing to overall beverage service quality. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
