We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality food production. The Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring the smooth running of the venue.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the team ensuring efficient workflow and excellent service delivery Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Implement training programmes to enhance team skills in food safety, culinary techniques, and customer service Foster a welcoming environment for guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the establishment Handle customer feedback professionally to resolve any concerns or complaints effectively

Skills



Proven experience in supervising teams within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting Extensive culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills with an approachable demeanour for team management and guest interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
