We're looking for a

forward-thinking and innovative professional

to join our

Group Internal Audit & Investigations (GIAI)

team as

Manager, Governance Reporting Excellence

.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead the transformation of

governance reporting

-- using

AI, data, and visual storytelling

to bring insights to life and enhance how the organisation communicates risk and performance to senior stakeholders, including the Board Audit Committee and Group Risk Committee.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines

analytical acumen, creativity, and communication excellence

to shape the future of governance reporting across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver

AI-enabled, data-driven governance reports

that tell compelling and insightful stories. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across GIAI to improve

reporting, communication, and storytelling capabilities

. Use

data visualisation tools

to translate complex information into impactful insights that influence decision-making. Champion the use of

AI and language technologies

to enhance automation and efficiency in reporting. Ensure all governance reporting aligns with

group policies, standards, and regulatory expectations

. Support continuous improvement initiatives to evolve

reporting frameworks, design standards, and writing quality

. Provide

language and presentation consultancy

to help colleagues communicate clearly, confidently, and with impact. Skills and Qualifications

Skills


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for

storytelling and clarity

. Strong understanding of

AI, data analytics, and visualisation tools

(e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Ability to translate complex data into

clear, concise, and visually engaging

reports. Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across both strategy and execution. Collaborative mindset -- skilled at building relationships and influencing across teams. Creative problem-solver with a

growth mindset

and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications


Degree in

Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, Communications

, or a related field. Proven experience in

reporting, analytics, risk, audit, or governance

. Working knowledge of

machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven insights

. Experience writing or preparing materials for

executive or board-level audiences

. Understanding of

agile methodologies

and modern data-driven reporting practices is advantageous.
