JOB VACANCY - MANAGER

CHRISTIAN & CO. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS

We currently have a job vacancy suitable for an individual looking to progress their post qualification career, developing their business understanding and managerial skills.

You should have UK accounting practice work experience and be newly qualified as an ACA or ACCA member.

We offer full mentor support and framework to develop your team manager role, encompassing training and supervision of team members, workflow planning, practice development and senior leadership team responsibilities. No previous managerial experience is required, just the commitment to take the next step in your career and develop your ACA/ACCA skills further.

We encourage continuing professional development if you are interested in further professional qualifications, with full study support packages available.

We will teach you new professional skills, and develop the existing knowledge you have, to work within the modern digital business world. The accountancy world is changing with innovative technology and challenging business issues to overcome - we are looking for individuals who are keen to learn and improve their business skills and become part of our leadership team.

Salary is competitive based on experience and academic background. Our office is based in Holywell, with parking provided in our car park. We offer hybrid working arrangements if requested.

You will join a successful team that works together to advise our 250 plus clients across a range of different industries and business types. Our team includes both current students and accountants who have successfully achieved their professional qualification.
