How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking a strategic Global Marketing & Communications Manager with a strong background in writing, graphic design and brand marketing to join our award-winning communications team. This team is responsible for: developing compelling communications campaigns that engage and motivate colleagues to be and deliver their best; driving awareness and usage of American Express' broad range of colleague benefits, programs, and initiatives globally (70k+ colleagues); and promoting and protecting the brand externally via proactive PR and social media strategies. This role will specifically oversee colleague benefits communications relating to physical, financial and mental health, playing a pivotal role in strengthening our position as a top company to work for.
