About the Role

You'll oversee the day?to?day running of the nursery, ensuring high?quality care and education, supporting staff development, maintaining compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards, and building strong relationships with parents and carers.

What We're Looking For

Full and relevant Level 3 or above in Early Years (or equivalent) Strong leadership and organisational skills A nurturing, child?centred approach Confidence in managing teams, planning, and maintaining high standards

Pay: 46,800.00-55,900.00 per year
