Pub & Restaurant Manager - Exciting New Opening in the Heart of Town!

We're opening a brand new pub and restaurant in the heart of the town centre and are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Manager to lead our team of 15.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new -- shaping the business, building the team, and creating a welcoming space for guests to enjoy quality food, drinks, and atmosphere.

As our Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Overseeing daily operations and leading a dynamic front and back of house team Ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experiences, and strong team morale Promoting special occasions and setting up events that draw in the community Implementing effective training methods and motivating your team to excel Work closely with the head chef to creat new seasonal dishes and update the menu Monitor financial performance, optimise operational procedures, and control costs where applicable Organise staff schedules, assign duties, and supervise shifts to ensure adequate coverage Managing time and resources efficiently to achieve the best results

About You

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management Confident leading a team and creating a positive, professional culture Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Strong organisational and communication skills A people person -- always smiling, approachable, and guest-focused Able to multitask and handle busy periods with composure Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
