The Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills in culinary practices and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments within the hospitality sector to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of culinary practices and food safety regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
