Job Description
?Plan, organise and oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
?Plan and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
?Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of fresh organic, Asian, and Afro-Caribbean food products.
?Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store presentation in line with food retail regulations.
?Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in line with company values.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 38,700.00-40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
