The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance. This role requires leadership, organisation, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high standards are maintained at all times
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
Handle client enquiries, bookings, and resolve any issues professionally
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage suppliers
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
Support sales, promotions, and business growth initiatives
Report to the Director and assist with business planning
Uphold NAVS Beauty's brand values and professional image
Requirements:
Previous experience in a management role (beauty, wellness, or retail preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent time management
Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
Confident handling clients and staff
Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and customer service
Basic admin and booking system experience (training provided if needed)
