About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with the owners and kitchen team to maintain the restaurant's reputation for quality dining and a refined guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Manage bookings, floor planning, and guest relations Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships Monitor financial performance and support business growth Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements

Previous management experience in a restaurant (fine dining or premium casual preferred) Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
