Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery
Manage food production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
Oversee food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining high culinary standards
Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment
Train new employees in restaurant procedures and best practices
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques
Background in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills
Experience in food safety practices and regulations
Previous roles in kitchen management or barista positions are advantageous
Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service excellence
