Live Nation UK's Marketing Partnerships Division is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for music and marketing to the position of Manager, Marketing & Creative Solutions.
In this role, you'll be tasked with developing and coordinating the development of inspiring brand proposals and sales materials while working in a fun environment with a group of forward-thinking individuals. You will use your strong knowledge of popular culture and consumer trends, proven marketing acumen and creative storytelling techniques to communicate a narrative that will compel brands to partner with Live Nation.

The Marketing & Creative Solutions team, our in-house strategy and creative experts, work in tandem with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive research of the client and their audience, as well as internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately craft a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brand's business objectives and KPIs. The programme concept is transformed into a visually stunning creative presentation highlighting Live Nation's arsenal of assets. What the Role Includes
==========================
This position's primary role is to support Senior Marketing & Creative Solutions team members with proposal development for brands. Specific responsibilities include:
Participate in ideation and collaborative work sessions with Marketing & Creative Solutions team members to develop solutions leveraging Live Nation's portfolio of music assets
Strategically align the programme idea with marketing elements to create compelling, sellable and executable entertainment marketing programmes for prospective brand partners
Utilise an understanding of current media trends, social platforms and new technologies to drive scale and reach of proposed marketing programmes
Develop and organise Live Nation UK Brand Partnerships sales tools, such as property one-sheets and marketing packages
Develop visually compelling proposals leveraging Live Nation tools/templates and image archives
Leverage research assets to uncover insights, beliefs and behaviours of music fans as pertaining to brand and proposition
Balance client goals and requests with Live Nation stakeholder requirements
Develop budgets within Live Nation and client parameters to support proposed ideas
Brief designers on creative elements
Acquire a working knowledge of Live Nation assets/capabilities and identify their role in achieving brands business objectives
