to cover maternity leave in our

Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery

, set within a unique countryside setting on a children's farm in London NW7. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking nursery that combines modern early years practice with the richness of outdoor, farm-based learning.

Our nursery is truly one-of-a-kind situated on a working farm with ample outdoor space, modern facilities, forest school all in a nurturing environment that prioritises countryside education. The Role

We are looking for a hardworking, forward-thinking, and passionate leader to cover maternity leave. You will work closely with the current manager prior to the cover period to ensure a smooth handover and comprehensive training.

As Manager, you will

:

Provide inspirational leadership to staff, supporting their well-being and professional growth.

Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding are consistently maintained. Champion the nursery's unique countryside ethos and embed outdoor learning throughout the curriculum. Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff.

Candidate Requirements

Proven leadership experience within early years childcare.

A strong passion for childcare, countryside education, and staff development. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining our Outstanding Ofsted standards.
