We're on the hunt for an organised and enthusiastic Manager to help run the show and make sure everything's ticking along perfectly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing Events:
Handle party and event enquiries, working closely with customers to plan and pull off amazing events from start to finish.
Make sure every event runs smoothly and meets (or beats!) expectations.
Keeping Customers Happy:
Make sure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.
Deal with any issues quickly and with a professional, friendly touch and a focus on resolution.
Oversee the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Leading the Team:
Sort out staff rota's so the right people are in the right place at the right time whilst ensuring business profitability.
Train our vibrant team regularly to keep service standards high.
Be a supportive leader who's always ready to lend a hand or offer guidance.
You will pride yourself on being a reliable manager whom their peers look up to for guidance and are dependable in high-pressure situations whilst maintaining high standards of service.
Running the Venue:
Stay on top of stock orders so we've always got what we need whilst minimising waste.
Keep the place spotless and well-maintained, arranging repairs or maintenance if/or when needed.
Ensure the business is meeting health and safety standards.
Improving the Space and Business:
Listen to customer feedback and use it to keep making things better.
Create, implement and promote quarterly promotions and offers ensuring the continued development and growth of the business.
What We're Looking For:
Super organised, responsible and great at juggling tasks.
A people person who loves creating amazing experiences for guests.
A strong work ethic, reliable, honest with a keen eye for detail.
Calm and solutions-focused, even when things get busy.
A natural leader who's good at communicating (both verbal and written), inspiring and enjoys supporting the team.
Experience with stock management, event planning, and hospitality operations is essential.
What You'll Need:
Previous management experience in hospitality or events.
A solid track record of running smooth operations, leading teams and displaying an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
Familiarity with scheduling, stock control, and delivering great customer service.
Comfortable using booking systems, POS systems, computers and basic software.
Familiarity with health and safety, food safety regulations and culinary practices is preferred.
