Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and provide ongoing training to staff members.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies across all areas of operation.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and manage inventory to minimise waste.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement operational procedures to optimise efficiency and profitability.
Lead by example in hospitality, serving guests when necessary, and fostering a positive working environment.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with restaurant service standards, including serving and hospitality best practices.
Ability to organise multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage with guests professionally.
