We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our hospitality team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Supervise and motivate staff, including chefs, servers, baristas, and kitchen personnel
Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality standards and customer expectations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards across all areas
Manage food production schedules, inventory levels, and ordering to minimise waste and control costs
Lead training sessions on food safety, service procedures, and culinary techniques
Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold the organisation's reputation
Assist in developing menus or service offerings in collaboration with culinary teams
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety standards
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Experience in food production, serving, or hospitality management is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Knowledge of culinary techniques and hotel or barista experience is advantageous
A recognised qualification in hospitality management or culinary arts is preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional approach to customer service
