32,000- 40,000 OTE (Per Annum depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure business sales, profit targets are achieved

Promote the business to trade and retail customers

Assist the General Manager in the sales and operations of the centre.

Supervise, motivate and train staff, ensure adherence with company policies and procedures.

Manage repair schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Handle customer enquiries, provide estimates, and manage customer relations.

Ensure the quality and safety of all repairs.

Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Monitor and manage centre performance metrics.

Handle administrative tasks, including payments, payroll, and reporting.

Promote a positive work environment and team culture.

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Leadership

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Valid driver's license.

A Knowledge of vehicle bodywork repair technique and industry standards is desirable but not essential.
