What You'll Be Doing

Lead the Recipe Revolution:

Own and execute the

Global Ninja Recipe Strategy

for NTK initiatives, aligning with product launches and marketing campaigns.

Create Culinary Magic:

Oversee recipe development across all touchpoints -- from in-box books to digital platforms and brand collaborations.

Build & Inspire Teams:

Collaborate with regional culinary leads and recipe developers, ensuring every dish reflects quality, creativity, and consumer-first thinking.

Champion Innovation:

Be the go-to culinary expert, showcasing how our products transform cooking through convenience and performance.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

Test competitor recipes, collaborate globally, and provide insights that shape product development.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Expertise:

5+ years in culinary development, food innovation, or recipe-driven content creation.

Education:

Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Food Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.

Communication Power:

Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management skills.

Flexibility:

Ready to travel internationally as needed (~30%).
