What you'll be doing?

As Manager , you will work as part of a team to deliver friendly, professional and memorable service to all of our guests.

You will be responsible for serving drinks, providing table service to all our diners , this will include table set-up, coordinating the food service from kitchen to table, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

Ordering FOH stock

Having expert knowledge of all drink & food that we offer will also be key to ensure appropriate recommendations can be made in order to drive sales and profitability.

Training staff, Cellar experience required, Knowledge of ordering stock and running a day to day shift and overseeing the pub , restaurant, staff , including the Kitchen to assist the Head chef with staffing, paperwork. Basically you will be the point of call before the Director & the HR and Finance officer and will ensure the pub operates on a daily basis.

You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.

You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry - preferably with bar, restaurant & kitchen background. Previous Manager experience is essential. A can do attitude to drive the business forward. Knowlege of EPOS system, use a computer would definitely be an advantage and a general idea on how to use social media.
