A Real Estate Manager for several territories in the Pacific Northwest is needed. Knowledge of the Seattle marketplace a plus. The position can be located in a home office. This person will report to the Director of Real Estate for Carl's Jr. He/she will be responsible for maximizing profitable restaurant growth within an assigned territory. Strategic planning, site selection, site package preparation, lease negotiation and project coordination are other duties.
