Our Hampstead Heath cafe is located 1-min walk from Hampstead Heath overground station (Mildmay Line) or 5-min walk from Belsize Park underground station (Northern Line).
You will:
Lead by example on the floor, creating an environment that delivers warm, personal hospitality and excellent coffee and food, every time.
Drive performance and consistency across your cafe - from food and coffee execution to service standards and presentation.
Build and coach a high-performing team through clear expectations, regular feedback, and continuous development.
Take charge of day-to-day operations, including scheduling, stock, safety, and compliance - ensuring a well-run, efficient, and profitable shop.
Maintain high standards in cleanliness, organisation, and quality through hands-on leadership and attention to detail.
Champion our mission by mentoring team members, supporting programme participants, and communicating our social impact with pride.
Collaborate with your GM and the wider team to build a loyal guest base and strengthen your cafe's presence in the community.
You have:
At least
3 years' cafe or restaurant management experience.
The
right to work full-time in the UK.
Weekend availability.
You are:

Hands-on and proactive - you're not above the mop or the till, and you stay close to the details that matter.
Commercially minded - you understand the link between great operations, sales, and profitability.
