We are looking for a results-driven and proactive

Manager

to lead our dynamic team of Sales Advisors and help drive company growth. Our firm manages

content creators, marketing campaigns, businesses, distribution networks, and construction projects

Duties



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to

10 Sales Advisors

, ensuring consistent performance and professional development. Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales and growth targets. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance. Provide training, mentorship, and regular feedback to team members. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align the team's efforts with company goals and vision. Foster a positive, driven, and accountable team culture focused on success and collaboration.

Requirements



Proven experience in

management, leadership, or sales team supervision

(preferably in a B2B or commission-based environment). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A motivational leader who leads by example and drives performance through inspiration and accountability. Ability to develop strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.

Compensation



This position operates on a

Pay: 30,000.00-70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
