Job Description

What you will do



Independently manage and allocate resources (permanent and freelance) across product teams based on capacity, capability and commercial priorities Own end-to-end resource management process in Screendragon, ensuring up-to-date, accurate, structured data that underpins critical decisions Act as a key partner to Product Leads, providing strategic resourcing guidance, capacity analysis and identifying risks early Develop and maintain clear process documentation to support consistent ways of working and cross-team understanding Oversee freelance resourcing, managing availability, rate cards, and bookings Refine processes to standardise and scale the resourcing approach across teams and regions Deliver clear, consistent and insightful resourcing reports (utilisation, scheduled vs. actual, capacity forecasts, etc) Analyse data to make insightful, informed decisions. Interpret scope and budget information to recommend appropriate hours allocations per project, ensuring proposed plans are operationally viable and commercially sound Work with a variety of costing models including ratchet fees, time-based allocations, and cost reallocation within retainers Champion accuracy in project hygiene data by auditing inputs and coaching teams on time tracking, briefs, and system usage Track and report on all core metrics Partner with the Resourcing Director to implement and evolve the agency-wide resourcing model Identify bottlenecks, future skills gaps and resourcing conflicts Collaborate closely with Finance, Platform Ops, Talent and Client Experience to align on forecasts, headcount and profitability goals Foster a culture of proactive, data-led resource management across departments

Requirements



You have 3+ years in a resource management role in a creative, digital or integrated agency You have proven experience with Professional Services Automation systems or resource planning platforms - ideally Screendragon You have a strong understanding of delivery functions (e.g. Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Organic) You can own reporting and presenting insights to leadership You have experience influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels You're highly competent in data analysis, scenario modelling and reporting You're an excellent communicator - able to coach, challenge and influence with credibility You're calm under pressure and highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities You're a confident decision-maker with good judgement and commercial awareness You're adept at balancing short-term resource needs with long-term capacity planning Highly collaborative and proactive - you lead with solutions
