The Manager, Sales Engineering leads a regional team of up to 15 Sales Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and driving business growth. This role combines people leadership with technical expertise, supporting both commercial and public sector sales teams. The Manager partners with account teams, Sales Architects, product, and delivery organizations to execute strategic initiatives, achieve team-level quota, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
The Manager provides guidance on solution design, acts as an escalation point for complex engagements, and ensures the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed. This position reports to the Director or VP, Global Solution Architecture and Engineering.
