We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in food production, preferably within the hotel or restaurant industry. This role requires a keen understanding of food safety standards and the ability to supervise staff effectively while ensuring high-quality service and food preparation.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance in food production and service.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of the desired recipe of a dish.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries of food and beverage supplies.
Implement training programmes for staff on food safety practices and operational procedures.
Assist in the development of menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food sector.
Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu language.
