Your Role

As an Engineering Manager, Online Demo you'll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through the driving strategy and developing demos of our products. Responsibilities
- Mentor demo team growth and training
- Guide the work of demo team including engineering and QA teams
- Help the team recruit, evaluate, and hire new members
- Manage team personnel such as scheduling, outages and employment requirements
- Coordinate security requirements tasks and scheduling for all assets
- Work with leadership across engineering and product to define team functions and asset strategies
- Maintenance of budget and acquirement for hardware, software and cloud resources
- Keep and evolve Scrum mindset in the team
- A strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience as a team lead and/or manager
- Experience mentoring/leading engineers
- Experience with IT infrastructure such as hardware, software and virtualization
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Comfortable with agile software methodologies
- Comfortable working with remote/distributed teams
- Experience coordinating teams and working across functions
- Preferred experience with JavaScript frameworks and UI best practices
