Duties

Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee daily operations in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring smooth service delivery. Implement and maintain food safety protocols to comply with health regulations. Assist in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide training and support to staff in hospitality practices, culinary skills, and bartending techniques. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to enhance overall guest experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in team management within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and culinary arts. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
