We are seeking a dedicated,hands on and experienced operational Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Animal Welfare particularly with Canines and doggy day care ( or similar). They will need to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of an organization, managing rota, management of staff, social media and other marketing This highly motivated person with be integral in the team and not permanently office based.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Manager will ensure that all aspects of the daycare run smoothly while maintaining high standards of licence requirement.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
Oversee dog training and policy / processes to maintain standards.
Ensure compliance with the 2018 licence regulations and best practices within the doggy daycare environment
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with doggy daycare staff to create enrichment activities
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and organisation.

equirements
a diploma or degree in animal management (Ofqual regulated)
Proven 12 months experience in a managerial role within the animal related industry
Strong canine experience with knowledge of canine breeds and traits in a doggie day care setting or an environment where dogs mix
Proven Experience in working with canines with a focus on positive excellence.
Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of effective team management.
Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating staff to achieve their best performance.
familiarity with dog body language and behaviors is essential.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
