CloudPay is seeking an experienced UK Payroll Manager to lead and grow our UK payroll operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll leader who empowers teams, thrives on responsibility, team leadership, and takes pride in delivering payroll services that truly support clients and their people.
In this role, you will lead and develop the UK payroll operations team, creating an environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed, and everyone is set up to succeed, while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for CloudPay's UK customers.
Close monitoring and responsible for performance management of the team, and be able to drive operational excellence (Quality of the delivery: SLA... and Quality of the interaction: Tickets...) and facilitate upskill and a learning culture.
Ensure Supervisors and Processors are best positioned for Service delivery to Clients with operational issues, including customer reviews, implementation issues and product teams.
Proactively manage Customer relations, avoiding any unnecessary escalation to the EMEA Payroll Director and ensuring Service Reviews are held as required.
Interview and hire new team members, and assist with onboarding and training to ensure the team is properly skilled throughout the employee life cycle.
Handle all payroll matters and queries from clients on time and be viewed by Clients as a facilitator to support Service Delivery and as a reliable and actionable escalation point.
