We are seeking a skilled Manager to join our team at UTS Sales and Repairs LTD. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Manage and lead a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment. Develop strategies for improving productivity and operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to align goals and objectives. Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or related environment. Must be willing to use a phone and be computer literate. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing settings is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
