Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Help train and supervise staff members
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules and assigning tasks to employees
- Collaborate with the Owner to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and bartending is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
