Position Overview:

As a Manager at Love Churros London, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of day to day operations with direction from the Operations Manager. You'll supervise employees and assist the Operations Manager in organising, training and planning. You will deliver excellent customer service and role model brand behaviour for other employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and develop a dedicated and dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering a memorable customer experience. Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring top-notch food quality and hygiene. Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and keep Love Churros London ahead in the dessert industry. Manage budgets effectively, focusing on profitability and cost optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team, with a strong focus on operational success. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills. Strategic thinker with solid business understanding. Excellent communication skills, comfortable in a diverse, multicultural setting. Flexible, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and work late nights and weekends where required. A genuine passion for the Love Churros London brand and delivering extraordinary customer experiences.
