Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and top-notch, high-end bar service?

Duties:

- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, creating memorable moments and contributing to the overall ambience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in food preparation as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a manager
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
