We are looking for a Manager/ess to take on the day to day running of our coffee shop and Ice Cream Parlour. You would need to be able to prepare Breakfast, simple light meals and bake cakes .The successful candidate must be able to speak

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Supervise the staff
food preparation ensuring quality control and compliance with health regulations.
Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with supplies.
Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Implement training programmes for new employees on food safety practices and kitchen procedures.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Some experience in a managerial role within the food production or hospitality .
Experience in supervising staff, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members alike.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in improving processes and service delivery.
