Job Summary

Full-time Manager / Manageress to work in our Saundersfoot Retail Outlet.

Previous experience is essential.

Will need to be available to work weekends. To work as part of a small team, managing staff rota's and holidays, ensuring employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep, assisting customers, re-stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and all general duties associated with a retail environment.

The ideal candidate may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Supervise staff performance Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication

Experience

Proven experience in a management role within retail or sales environments is essential. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide team members. Proficient in time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. Experience in merchandising practices that enhance product visibility and sales potential.
