Job Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to support and manage our mobile food stalls across Scotland. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, is flexible with travel, and is confident leading small teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day stall operations Travel to different markets/malls across Scotland Supervise and support staff Maintain hygiene and customer service standards Assist with setup, stock, and logistics

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality or food service (1+ year) Strong organisational and leadership skills Willingness to travel regularly ILR or full UK work rights required Driving licence preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Day shift Weekend availability
