We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff/also needing to manage the back of staff team and to join our vibrant team here at Munch Mania. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable experience. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, from assisting with food preparation to maintaining high standards of food safety. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist in food preparation while adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for this role. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
