The Role



We are searching for ambitious, self-motivated estate agents to join us as

Managing Directors

of their own LUXPAD-powered business in their local area. This is a self-employed opportunity for experienced agents who want more freedom, more earning potential, and more control over their career.

As a

Managing Director

, you'll operate independently, but never alone. With the full support of a world-class infrastructure, cutting-edge marketing tools, and the backing of a premium, forward-thinking brand, you'll have access to all the tools, support, mentoring and training you need to build a fantastic business.

In this role, you'll build and grow your

own thriving estate agency business

, with the freedom to work on your terms. No deadlines, no targets and no work schedule - you're in full control! You'll also have the opportunity to

scale your business

by recruiting and mentoring your own team of self-employed Personal Estate Agents, expanding your footprint and scaling your business.

Key Responsibilities



Take full ownership of your estate agency business within the LUXPAD model. Deliver a premium, concierge-style service to buyers and sellers. Appraise and list properties, advise clients on strategy, and manage the full sales process. Market properties using industry-leading tools, including professional photography, presenter-led video tours, drone imagery, and digital campaigns. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in your chosen territory. Drive lead generation and brand awareness in your area. Maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism in line with industry regulations. Build your own team of LUXPAD Personal Estate Agents working with you to service your local area and grow your business footprint.

What We're Looking For



Experience Level: Managing Director (5+ years), Personal Estate Agent (2+ years). Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter with a growth mindset. Passionate about creating premium marketing material. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills. Passion for delivering a 5-star level of customer service and communication. Confidence in your ability to manage your own business. You must have the financial means to set up and operate your business whilst also supporting your lifestyle as you build up your own sales pipeline.
