Think Better Group is a purpose-driven house of brands committed to eliminating and preventing plastic waste globally. Our Care Division includes Ecoriginals--the world's most sustainable disposable nappy--and EcoNaps, a premium reusable nappy and accessories brand. Both brands are built on trust, performance, and a shared commitment to the planet.
Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, brand-led Managing Director to lead the Care Division across Think Better Group's global portfolio. In addition, you will bring hands-on experience in product development and brand execution across multiple channels and geographies. You will also be responsible for identifying and managing product and merchandising partnerships aligned to brand strategy and revenue goals.
You will combine commercial rigour with creative leadership to scale Ecoriginals and EcoNaps as household names in conscious parenting.
