Ambitious Managing Director

to lead this charge.

This isn't a traditional MD role.

We're looking for someone with deep roots in case management, either a seasoned leader with operational experience or a high-performing case manager ready to step into a leadership position and help us build something from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the setup, growth, and delivery of our

catastrophic and complex injury

case management service Working alongside our founders and digital health experts to

build the future

of tech-enabled case management Recruiting and managing a high-performing team of case managers and clinical professionals Driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with CMSUK/BABICM standards Developing partnerships with solicitors, insurers, referrers, and stakeholders across the UK Representing Oria CM in the marketplace and acting as the clinical face of the brand

What We're Looking For

A strong background in

case management

, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or nursing.

Proven leadership experience

or a clear ambition and readiness to take the next step into a senior role A passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes and improving rehabilitation journeys Someone commercially minded, excited by growth, and motivated by reward Tech-forward thinking, comfortable using (or building) digital systems to improve service delivery
