You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office while supporting the MD in driving business performance, overseeing internal processes, and acting as a trusted point of coordination across teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Executive Support to the Managing Director
Provide high-level executive support including complex diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
Assist with the execution of business strategies and tracking progress on key initiatives
Prepare business reports, briefings, and presentation materials
Attend key meetings (internal and external) as required and follow up on actions
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
Operational & Business Support
Work alongside the MD to monitor and manage daily business activities
Coordinate internal communications and ensure effective follow-through on business priorities
Help streamline internal processes and identify areas for operational improvement
Support in managing supplier relationships, contract renewals, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with finance, HR, and marketing teams to support the overall business plan
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
Full Driving license required
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients
Experience in supervising teams, with strong leadership qualities
Familiarity with human resources practices is an advantage
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing exceptional service
