What you'll do:
Oversee peer review
: Manage the
peer review process
, resolve queries, and ensure
content quality

target delivery.
Maintain processes and compliance:
Keep editorial and commercial
procedures updated

Manage the publishing schedule
: Develop and maintain the Editorial Publishing Schedule with the Editor, ensuring
timely content delivery.
Deliver KPIs and reporting
: Own departmental

for journals and staff.
Lead team performance:
Guide
staff development

performance

line-manage
Associate Editors.
Promote wellbeing and progression
