We are currently seeking a passionate and organised Mandarin Speaking Admissions & Guardianship Services Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting families and students, managing applications, and creating meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Complete tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Respond to enquiries from parents and students regarding guardianship and study applications
Communicate with schools on application and academic matters
Oversee and follow up on students' application processes from start to finish
Maintain and update client databases
Undertake business trips, including visits to schools within the UK
Assist with marketing events, sharing study-related information with potential clients
Edit promotional content for WeChat and Xiaohongshu
What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Familiarity with modern communication and social media platforms (WeChat, etc.)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic and motivating attitude towards students
Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with students and parents
Proactive problem-solving mindset to assist students in overcoming challenges
Bonus Skills: Marketing abilities including copywriting, basic poster design, and video editing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
