We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty treatments, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art. Apply makeup as requested by clients to enhance their appearance. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional advice. Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Keep up-to-date with current trends in nail art and beauty treatments to offer innovative services. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise waiting times and maximise client satisfaction. Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance the client experience and increase sales.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if necessary, subject to salon hours. Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology or beauty therapy are preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by significant experience.
