Hours of Work: 07:00 - 15:30, Monday - Friday

Salary: 13.13

About the Role




We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Manual Assembly Operative to join our fast-paced Manufacturing team at our Needham site.



In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for manufacturing pallets and wood products using a variety of tools and equipment. You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality work that meets customer specifications, while working efficiently to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities



Manufacture pallets/wood products to meet production and quality standards Set up workbenches efficiently, ensuring materials and job information are in place Follow work orders and design specifications accurately Identify and report equipment issues promptly to your line manager Carry out additional tasks as delegated by Production Supervisors or Managers Maintain a clean and organised work area Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, wearing required PPE at all times Support team objectives and contribute to a positive working environment

A proactive and hardworking attitude Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to quality High level of Health & Safety awareness Reliable, with excellent timekeeping and attendance Previous experience in a manufacturing or manual labour role is beneficial
