Welfare academy is an established UK registered Higher Education Academy and provides NVQ/RCF health and social care programs awarded by NCFE and regulated by Ostfed. Our prime focus is into providing high quality health and social care training programs which would help our students to excel in their work settings. All our training programs are regulated by skills for care and accepted by CQC.We do provide training all over UK.

Your excitement and credibility are what we value most. Professional certifications along with clinical moving and handling and/or first aid expertise are required because this is what we teach. Additionally, you would need to be a seasoned trainer in moving and handling.

Teaching movement and handling and first aid skills to healthcare personnel makes up the bulk of the employment, however there is flexibility in the role to incorporate other subjects based on your interests and skill set.

Important positions and duties:

Deliver training in first aid or moving and handling.

uphold one's expertise and reputation in light of practical changes.

uphold professional standards, registration, and (if necessary) CPD/revalidation requirements

Be adaptable, encouraging, motivating, and supportive of course participants so they can succeed.

Since you won't have a main office to work from, this job is unique compared to many others. Yes, we have physical locations, our main office based at Northampton however you will work entirely remotely and commute from your house to training locations. We will provide you with all the tools you need to operate on your own. Of course, we'll give you a basic schedule with start and end times, locations, and course details, and we'll want you to arrange your travel efficiently to ensure that you arrive at venues on time, but aside from that, you'll have a lot of freedom.
